EXHIBITION PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE - PROSEDUR PARTISIPASI PAMERAN
Each university may send a maximum of 2(two) of their selected best final-year student projects. The comittee will exhibit all the projects which approved by each university.
The project format is in the form of a portfolio, including :
concept, floor plan, elevation, section, and perspectives(interior and exterior), etc.
Please use font Arial, min 36, and the text must be in English
The projects are sent in :
a. JPEG file resolution 300 dpi
b. Paper size : 90 x 85 cm (width x height)
The project title is not included from the paper layout (90x85 cm)
Please write down the information about project title, students' name and university in another format (.doc, or .pdf).
The projects will be printed by the comittee with our standard quality
The projects' files could be sent :
a. By mail on CD to :
ARSAPEX 2010 (Architecture Dept. of UNPAR)
JL. Ciumbuleuit 94, Bandung, Indonesia
b. By email to : arsapex@gmail.com
It is suggested to bring the project drawing documents and the models(maket) to the exhibition and discussion.
Setiap universitas hanya dapat mengirimkan dua tugas akhir mahasiswa-mahasiswi terbaiknya. Panitia tidak akan mnyeleksi ulang kembali semua karay yang masuk.
Format dalam bentuk portfolio, termasuk konsep, denah, tampak, potongan serta perspektif, dengan menggunakan huruf Arial, min 36, dan semua tulisan ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris.
Karya dapat dikirimkan dalam bentuk :
a. JPEG resolusi data 300 dpi
b. Ukuran kertas 90x85 cm (lebar x tinggi)
Keterangan mengenai judul karya, nama mahasiswa dan universitas ditulis dalam bentuk format lain (.doc atau .pdf).
Karya yang dikirim akan dicetak sesuai dengan ketentuan panitia.
Karya yang terpilih dapat dikirimkan :
a. Melalui pos berupa CD

Panitia menyarankan untuk membawa dokumen karya yang dikirimkan serta maket karya ke dalam pameran dan diskusi karya.
